The masterminds behind Hong Kong's favourite handcrafted ice pops, @iseeiseehk, are back! This time, they're introducing a brand new concept that centers around juice, and it's already becoming my new go-to thirst quencher when I'm hanging around CWB (which is a lot recently!).
Located just off the beaten path in Causeway Bay's Matheson Street (1 min walk from Times Square), Juisee by I See I See is Hong Kong's very first Tea + Premium Fever Tree Tonic Water concept, which apparently is the current beverage craze in London.
These aren't your typical Hong Kong basic bitch "cold pressed" juices, which, to be frank, usually taste like they're either loaded with sugar (*cough* IFC citysuper) or are too obsessed with the health aspect to the point that they're gross and complicated (tf is spirulina?!). Juisee straddles that perfect middle ground, with juice that tastes like a soft drink yet is totally healthy and uses amazing fresh ingredients sourced from around the world. And the little counter even has an I See I See ice pop fridge with a rainbow of fruity flavours to choose from - perfect for Hong Kong summers.

The Juisee counter when you arrive. There's no seating, just an outdoor semi-shaded area with a few standing tables, but it's clearly been designed for customers on the go.

My little brother slash personal IG slave on his break.

From left to right: "Sunshine" with passion fruit, mint leaves, jasmine tea and tonic, "Sweet Heart" with strawberry, lime, Thai red tea & tonic, "Boost" with orange, ginger, oolong tea & tonic, and "Mint Condition" one of the HOT tea options made with mint imported specially from Holland. Note that the drinks normally have caps on them, and were arranged like this strictly for photo taking purposes!

A close-up of my favourite of the lot, the Sunshine! It's super light, fruity and fizzy with an elegant touch from the mint.
